Every program at Bodystyle is designed to provide clear direction, expert coaching, and steady progress. Whether you prefer one-on-one training or a small, coached setting, you’ll find a structured path that supports your goals and experience level.

Private Personal Training

One-on-one coaching with fully customized sessions built around your body, goals, and pace. Your coach pays attention, adjusts the plan, and keeps you progressing.

Semi-Private Training

Personal training in a small group capped at four people. Individualized coaching every session. Your experience level, movement needs, and goals stay front and center.

Small Group Training

Coach-led sessions capped at eight. Includes our signature Bodystyle Circuit and rotating themed sessions focused on strength, mobility, or conditioning.

Nutrition Coaching

Personalized nutrition plans from our registered dietitian. Science-based guidance for performance, recovery, and sustainable results rather than quick fixes.
