Every new Bodystyle member starts with an onboarding program before joining any group setting. Most gyms skip this step, and it shows. You’ll learn how we train, build confidence in your movement, and get comfortable in the environment. By the time you train alongside others, you belong there and you’ll feel it. 

At a big-box gym, you have access. What you often don’t have is anyone paying real attention to you, a program built around your specific body, or a coach who notices when something’s off and fixes it.

In a group class, you have structure. What you don’t have is personalization. The workout is pre-designed before anyone walks in the door, the same for everyone regardless of your goals, your history, or how your body moves. It doesn’t matter if there are 10 people in the room or 40. Nobody is building anything around you.

Private Personal Training

One coach, fully focused on you. Your program is built around your goals, your body, and your progress — adjusted as your body responds.

Semi-Private Training

The qualities of personal training in small groups of four. Each member follows their own program with full coaching attention, at a more accessible investment.

Small Group Training

Themed, coach-led sessions capped at eight, with real individual modifications. Plus the Bodystyle Circuit — a 45-minute full body program from Germany, only here.

Nutrition Support

Our registered dietitians dig deeper to find what’s actually stalling your progress and build a plan around food, supplements, and the right lifestyle approach.

COACH JOERG

CO-FOUNDER AND HEAD COACH

Coach Joerg’s background spans rehabilitation and performance. He’s the coach you go to when you’ve been told to “just stop doing that exercise,” when an injury hasn’t healed the way it should have, or when you’ve been training for years and your body stopped responding. He reads how your body moves, identifies what’s not working, and builds your programming around what YOUR body actually needs. 

He doesn’t count your reps. He understands your body.




LINDSEY

CO-FOUNDER, REGISTERED DIETITION AND FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION SPECIALIST

Most people who aren’t getting results have never had anyone look past the surface. Lindsay does. Using functional testing, she identifies what’s actually stalling your progress: metabolism, hormones, cortisol, digestion, and more. These are things most people have never had properly investigated, and they’re often the exact reason the effort isn’t matching the results.
